AMD RYZEN 9950X3D / 9900X3D IN STOCK & AVAILABLE FROM 1PM TOMORROW !!

We have an email from AMD at 12:47 about the last minute change.
I read it at 12:53 and copy and pasted it across forums and discord to try and warn as many customers as possible.
We launched at 12:59

We had hundreds and all sold by 14:15, AMD's timing miss-hap in a way gave a lot of people a better opportunity as traffic to the website at 13:00 though busy was OK, at 14:00 traffic ramped considerably and 15 minutes later they were gone.

You can pre-order and we have more due in tomorrow/Friday. :)
Awesome forum and service, thanks! Ordered mine and just waiting for the DPD email

doesnt make sense

why is a cheaper lower end CPU have better gaming performance than the 9950X3D? isnt the 7800X3D a year older and previous gen
Where do you see it having better gaming performance? Graphics score and Tests FPS might be higher, but it's such a small difference that it's probably because his GPU has a slightly higher clock speed.

A few hours have passed. Anyone getting buyer's remorse?
Lol normally I'd start feeling like what the hell have I done but not this one. I'll be coming from a 79000x which was a placeholder for an AM5 upgrade so can't wait to get this.

where does it say it does?

Useless response

Another poor response because you too don't understand it or are just incapable of explaining it

--------------------

Let me keep it simple and dumb it down for you guys so it's easy for you to understand

Real world gaming performance depends on CPU and GPU performance right ? (still with me ?)

The 3D mark benchmark is not benchmarking gaming performance at all. It's benchmarking peak performance of each component.
IE it takes several tests independently and aggregates a final score

So to keep it simple, you can smash an opponents graphics score by 5% like I did (in my previous post) but if their CPU is twice as fast as yours then the aggregated win goes to the 9950X3D because in real world gaming conditions it'll perform better
