Deff no scalping here, my Nitro+ has it's new home all laid out and ready for a bit of Ghost of Tsushima over the weekend

Scalpers will just return whatever they don't sell.
There's a lot of stock coming in though, so us normal folk should have a chance.

But they are going to increase the prices, over and over again. Does an account have the right to purchase multiple 9070 XT if purchased on different days? I hope not.

Yeah currently waiting to see if it was just the box damaged, if so Im happy having it back. Just checking what would happen if the card is damaged.. Thanks for the reply.

New card coming in a few hours, CS was great about it all cant really fault them as DPD were the ones who damaged it. Hope I get 2x haribo though.
On the plus side I think linux support is a bit better now, bazzite has latest mesa and such.

Someone needs to get AMD to “encourage” a bit harder. Perhaps “enforce” could be tried instead.

They could purchase one each of different models. They could get around any restrictions by creating different accounts.
Seems quite a lot down, after waiting for this card, then you struggle to get one - launch day was an utter PITA.
But there's plenty of stock incoming.
Be nice if amd did something about getting the cards nearer MSRP.
