Upgrading my score to 9/10

This is a different game to Tsushima and Rise of Ronin. Those were mostly combat, this is mostly stealth and ninjas. Although combat is satisfying as well, with good choice of weapons - katana, tanto, kusarigama. I've not even touched Yasuke apart from the intro, just played a few hours with Naoe. The game looks gorgeous on my 5090, night + rain = chef's kiss

My take on recent Samurai games:
1. Sekiro - the best combat, atmoshpere and setting - 10/10
2. Tied among Tsushima, AC:S - 9/10
3. Rise of Ronin, Like a Dragon:Ishin - 8/10
LAD:Ishin has the best story, characters and acting by very-very far; Tsushima has accessible combat that is quite nice but not much depth, AC:Shadows is a gorgeous accessible ninja simulator (parkour never felt more at home, shares all of GoT flaws -acting, story, shallow'ish), Rise of Ronin has the most complex combat and the highest difficulty but very little else.
PS Ninja Gaiden 2: Black 2025 is up there with Sekiro, beating it in combat depth and replayability wise, but falling short in atmosphere and setting
