Trading the stockmarket (NO Referrals)

I don't think he cares about his supporters that's for sure.
Maybe he just wants to be in the history books and who cares if it's positive or negative.

He's pretty old. So any think he cares about making money.

All bets are off. Risks outweigh rewards. Can't really "invest" if goalposts get moved every day.

Trying to get yields to go down will have a large effect on mortgage payments, that's where most of middle America's wealth is. If you so wish to see it through that lens.

Oh, he has a plan. Just that is heavily flawed and outdated ; he is trying to undo 50 years of globalisation. He wants the US to return to what it was like pre WW2 ; an abundance of skilled labour.

Globalisation is failing. Labour arbitrage is killing the western world

Globalisation as well as multiculturalism is failing tbh. Western governments are forcing both, but the public is trying to avoid them.
ehhh, that is the exact opposite of what is happening. Trump is turning to isolationism and creating a white ethno-Christian fascist state. The markets are simply responding to that

S&P's tanked again today, inflation fears I think.
Yep - surrendered all last weeks recovery and now has broken the 56xx resistance. Normally you see a fall at the start of trading and a consolidation as buyers come in but it's continuing to slide all day. We could be flirting with 55xx by the end of the day. Really hard to see where this ends given the great orange one's propensity to invoke chaos.

Im still sitting out of the market so I think this is a good time to change SIPP provider, I am with HL and the fees are killing me due to the high FX charge, I really only trade American stocks so I think I paid £6 to £10k in a year so I need to change.

Im doing a bit of reading today but any suggestions for platform with lower FX fees that will let me hold individual stocks.

There is only T212 which has low FX fee's

I use IG.com to hold my SIPP and ISA. FX is 0.5% on non-UK deals.

I hold some Oz shares and they are the only one I could find that did online OZ shares, and more importantly allowed me to transfer in from an OZ based registar for no fee.

You apply via a 3rd part for their SIPP, they do all the compliance stuff and handling of the funds, but ultimately the money then ends up in your IG SIPP account to do with as you please. £210 annual fee for the SIPP.

Freetrade. T212 don't do a SIPP.

Just noticed my BHAT shares sold for the 25% markup I was hoping for. Now Im only holding cash and will stay that way till April 3rd.

Remember... whenever your upset with the state of your shares... it could be worst... you could be Elon and have billions in Tesla
Then you remember he's a billionaire while you are stuck working for peanuts?

Even if Tesla went to 0 he is still a billionaire many times over.
