have been playing The Riftbreaker and the mech combat is so much more fun than poe2 which is all about the combat

Riftbreaker is very good, will be even better when they finally release co-op, I've been waiting 4 years for the co-op, hopefully it wont be too much longer

Decided to try minions this time on Lich, I have never struggled that much. My arms hurt from spamming all the skills, there is no damage whatsoever.

Got up to the act 2 boss with my huntress and alt-f4'd after 5-6 tries, I probably won't touch it again this season unless they make significant changes.

Looks like the performance issues have been fixed somewhat, too late anyway I'm done at act 3, maybe the worst minion experience I've had in a very long time. No desire to try the new class given how much negativity is surrounding it, the game itself is just in a bad state now, I know their testing is sometimes very lax but I'm baffled how they've released this update in such a mess.

Last Epoch were pretty smart to push their league back a couple of weeks, hopefully they nail it.

Tried the new Huntress class. Its not been fun at all. Tried the Explosive Spear skill and its terribly designed. So you throw a spear at range on the floor and after like 5 seconds it explodes doing damage but by the time it explodes the mobs are on you already and away from the spear and the only way you can get the exploding damage from the spear is to run towards it and on it and it will explode on any mobs that are on you at the same time which kind of defeats the purpose of a "ranged" spear to begin with.

This game is years away from being good, if it ever is. What a disaster.
Feedback has tanked on Steam , now down at 54% ( I think it was at 75% give or take a percent before version 0.2 released ). I'm beginning to think PoE2 will never be good ... the devs are stubborn as hell on their "vision" vs what the ARPG community, in general, expect.

I don't think they even wanted to make an ARPG.

Nerfed content or classes?

Bit of everything by the looks of it.

They’ve done a hotfix for the life on enemies at the lower levels and reduced that.

I might be the only one actually enjoying the huntress (level 11) using the tornados I want to try get it where I have fire tornados all over the screen by the time I get to end game :D

I played warrior before this update and loved that (a lot of people don’t like that class either)

Warrior is now the best, or should I say, least worst class ;) Played some more today and uninstalled ( for the first time since the EA launch ). A truly abysmal update from GGG. I'd rather do work on a Sunday.

Funny no comments about the game just plain boring
Plus no mention of monster packs swarming down a player, who moves like a snail. Particularly dangerous are monsters with with minions eg. water hags, unique rare mobs etc. Your character can get one swing/attack in before being stunned, defenses shredded and obliterated. You can't run away because your character has half the speed of the monsters. Dire.

Looks like it does need plenty more gameplay balancing, which I guess is the point of early access, I'm sure it will get there eventually. Its clear that they dont want to/arent trying to , make Path of Exile 1 Two and are instead trying to make Path of Exile 2 , so they do seem to be aiming at a game which plays slightly differently but does look like they'll need several passes to get the gameplay balanced with the concepts in their minds.

yeah I think they way they went about releasing the game in EA is one of the main issues. It feels like they want every 0.x release to hit hard and keep a lot of players engaged which will be very hard with so many changes needing to happen. I think they should have been much more open on it being some testing and not being a game to sync hundreds of hours in to, and ideally they shouldn't have messed up poe 1 seasons which would have removed a lot of the negative comments from that community

I'm slightly relieved by some of the comments here, I thought I was just crap at it - I've really struggled with some classes, despite reading build guides etc. I think I'm gonna give it a rest for a while and play some more D4!
