Trading the stockmarket (NO Referrals)

I doubt you'll regret it long term anyway.. try not to think of these ETFs as short term trading instruments.

Yeah to be fair it will be a long term thing, so I'm not too upset - would have been nice to start my journey in the green, but as they say:

Time in the market beats trying to time the market.

Just trying to find my feet a bit, before I put larger amounts of money in... I probably shouldn'y have started in the middle of a trade war, but there we are :o

Always seems to move when London is shut, dunno why, but it prevents those with uk/eu etfs from reacting, so feels deliberate.
100 % agree. As soon as the EU/London closes the **** hits the fan. Honestly i had already thought of this over the past week.

There's always a reason not to buy. Just have to zoom out.

100% agreed. Trump's actions/social media posts are definitely timed to screw EU/UK/ROW ; on the other hand it provides a big enough window for those on the "inside" to get their deals done.

He has sold his newly purchased BMW 4 series, to invest in the markets

No I haven't

The graphs look weird..if I extend the s&p500 to max it looks like it's still dropping. But then it says market close green

If I put money on to it is it going to go down a lot more then go up
