I recall you saying that yesterday. Thats a fair leap over the 5800X3D.Yes, that's around rtx 5080 stock score.
Weirdly the 5700x3d top 9070xt score is higher with 8131. So in theory 8100+ is possible with the AM4 platform.

They are an outlier. 2nd place is 8030 or something. They must have used cool air or are some kind of OC genius.I recall you saying that yesterday. Thats a fair leap over the 5800X3D.

it could be your CPU i lost 3000 points going 13900k to 5700x3d, also pcie 5 to 4They are an outlier. 2nd place is 8030 or something. They must have used cool air or are some kind of OC genius.
I need 8048 to top my table. I don't stand a chance. I'm nearly 200 points off!
This card isn't anywhere near powerful enough to max the bandwidth of PCIe 4.0 so won't be that.i found my score a lot lower going from 13th gen to am4 (9070 none xt)
i put this down to pcie5 to pcie4

It may be CPU related but my 13700k is pretty decently overclocked and running with very good ram for the CPU, 7400 cl34.it could be your CPU i lost 3000 points going 13900k to 5700x3d, also pcie 5 to to4

I'll try fixing the frequency to 5.7 all core when I get chance and running again. Maybe turn off the e cores too.
Yeah in Timespy it definitely favours intel CPUs.my 9070 was benching at 30100points(better than a few bad XT's) but now i cant pass 27500 about right for a good none XT
but like you say it was a 13900kf/6000mhz cl28, now 5700x3d/3600mhz cl18
TBF in game it still hits the same frame cap and runs cool
Yeah in Timespy it definitely favours intel CPUs.
None XT? that's impressive.this is the best score i ever got with the 5700x3d, just did that now trying to push hard

Interesting. I'll have to look into that. Typical, I just updated to win 11.yer my 9070 runs at the same speed as a stock 7090xt or ever an few overclocked bad cases.
the nitro+ really his a big hitter
the X3D will be helping with steal nomad
@Kirkatron something that may help you.. i dont know if windows 11 dose it but in windows 10 there was a way to make it run on basic services.. it would make it look like at only windows 97 pc hahah but it removed a lot of the OS overhead
all the overlockers used to do this to push for very high scores. but i dont know if it helps GPU's
it could be an 11 thing too I've not looked, i used to try a push GPU scores back in the day but now days i just drink beer and watch you lot do it hahahaInteresting. I'll have to look into that. Typical, I just updated to win 11.
Hahaha well normally I drink all the beer and just read these forums but thought I would try it for once in my life.it could be an 11 thing too I've not looked, i used to try a push GPU scores back in the day but now days i just drink beer and watch you lot do it hahaha

I guess now I'll drink beer and try beat my score! Then after that I'm done. Maybe.
I tried all that, I'm assuming my windows install is a bit bloated as it's about 5 years old. Maybe more.google says....
To optimize Windows 11 for benchmarking, you'll want to ensure your system is in a "basic" or "performance-focused" state. This involves disabling unnecessary features, services, and background processes that could interfere with accurate test results.
the problem now day is some GPU's are hand picked to send to board makers, i remember running 2 BUDGET x 7950's that i got from OcUK for £100 each in a stock sell off that wear monsters, but now days there is no budget GPU that can push hard.
it takes the fun out of it, like my 7090 nitro+ i paid what you can now buy an XT for. but its a good GPU if i got the budget 7090 as you can see from this tread most are complain about under performance
this is a solid grade A planI'll maybe just stick to drinking beer again.
