Zirkzee has some really nice link play, been one of our better players recently.

Unfortunately we are just going from playing horribly and losing, to playing a bit better and losing.

Fair point but I guess what I'm trying to say is - would any United fan's accept an option poorer than Chris Wood who is a journeyman route 1 striker albeit a decent one?

Anyway, We've progressively lost the midfield here vs the 1st half mauling we got at Old Trafford. That can't be a surprise especially as Eriksen is still on the pitch.
Livramento / Dalot contrast is quite interesting. i know which one I'd rather have

I mean, what do people want. We’re looking better. We need some better players if you want any sort of transformation.

Said it before the match, don’t know why anyone thought it would be close. Newcastle were massively odds on as well.

Do you think he even gets time? Couple of windows may get them top half but with others around improving too it’ll be even more difficult with the nonsense in Monaco Jim is coming outwith regarding money.

He will get time.

After ETH he will have all the time he wants.

I do think he's a good manager.

Transfers will be key now...

If we recruit remotely well this summer we should be competing for top 4 next year.
 
It's really difficult to care about the league at the moment, winning the Europa League is the only focus really. Getting into the CL would be incredibly jammy.

We need a good summer window and Amorim will have to start earning his money from day one of next season.

In the immediate term 3-4 quality players would improve us quite significantly, we aren't really getting lost in games so much now, there's just a severe lack of quality.

Are you? This is men against boys.

Awful against city. Beaten by Forrest. It’s alright though beaten Ipswich, Fulham and the two historically bad teams in Leicester and Saints this year.
