Looks like curry to me! Kudos on the presentation at the 6 o’clock position. Glad to see you got the ruler out!
Gymkhana is £8 a pot now, I'm having to add quite a bit of water and a tad of corn flour to spread it around. Not sure of what other option to use. it holds the flavour well though just not as much sauce as I would like for 4 people. It's a massive favourite and has taken a wednesday slot for some reason :D
Edit: Also this is a nice little drinker.

Excellent thanks. Interesting, this corresponds with other bakewell recipes I've since looked at in that the quantities of butter, sugar and ground almonds are always equal. 175g each in your recipe. I used 110g Ground Almonds but only 70g sugar and 70g butter. So I'll make them all equal next time. Also, I only used 1 egg and your recipe has 3. Those extra amounts of butter and eggs will definitely make mine more moist. I'll put together another in the next couple of days. :)

Just called the Indian and the main man answered “You usually have them on a Monday when best Chef is in the kitchen”

I said I know it’s Thursday but make an exception for this order and make the Pathia please :D :cry: He had been away, explains the differences to those curries I had on the most recent Mondays.

Let’s see what turns up :p

Ordered Butter Paneer, Chicken Pathia, Plain Rice, Garlic Naan Bread, Chilli Sauce and Popadoms :cool:
