I believe the 5080 and 5090 cooling set up is the same but I don't think there's anything to worry about tbh. I had no issues with the Aorus Master 5090 in the month that I had it.

Godlike vs how many GPUs, godlike features getting used btw - very different conversation.

Nothing on the fans, was close to buying originals from OC but the reverse are always on preorder so might as well wait for what I actually want

Some people will consider you spending over a grand on a motherboard to be absolutely crazy (I have got a Godlike too as you know).

If he can afford it and doesn't get in debt because of it, more power to him. Looking forward to seeing your build when it's finally done.

The point would be welcomed if I had bought 7 of the highest priced AM5/Intel boards. As you say people gasp at the Godlike board which isn’t even the highest priced mobo vs how much are 5090s I’m not even trash talking him I’m genuinely concerned, it’s strange

I had one of the first black Aorus Master 5090s in the UK I believe. I passed it on to a relative and now have a Suprim 5090 myself.

The real question is... Should OC be the new "carrier" of the FE cards instead of barcode? LUL They are fumbling quite hard

Also found with undervolting the gaming trio is more receptive to undervolting than the suprim. I have never found an undervolt i was happy with the suprims. But i am an undervolting noob.

Also the gaming trio did have a moderate amount of coil whine but for the most part it vanished/ or is so quiet you wouldnt be able to hear it over say case fans or gpu fans.

Last night it hit 2k fps on that new game expedition 33 and i put my ear to the gpu and there was not a peep but obviouslu in something like steel nomad or even worse monster hunter benchmark on the menu screens there is a small amount.

It is the card with the least amoint of coil whine in my collection atm.

Thanks. Sounds like there may not be a huge difference between the Gaming Trio, Vanguard and the Suprim. Shame the prices are similar(ish).

Ps. I can only aspire to have such a group of friends when older. Sounds amazing :D Need to find more nerds!

Mine was delivered yesterday... temps pre under volt were 76-78 GPU and memory 88.After under volt its 66-70 and memory around 81. Performance in games appears to be about the same so I guess it's good and Steel Nomad benchmark increasing to 14760 from 14215. I have no idea if that's good or not as I usually don't bother with overclocking etc but I'm happy with it so far.
