What "man jobs" have you done today?

Need to get myself a cordless chainsaw! I assumed i'd need bigger than 30cm, but if you're cutting that size log with one then i'm clearly overthinking it!

Plenty of lube and a good steady action.

Once you've got your technique and rhythm down, you can come at it from both sides to deal with the larger girthed specimens
;)

I'm creating my own kindling (look back over the thread) but not with the chainsaw

Unfortunately TB puts us all to shame. He must be working hard in that garden from sun up to sun down

I have had a good go today. Seemed rude not to given the was was shining and sooo warm :)

Need some work life balance ;) been catching up with emails and calls between chores :P

Off to walk the dog :D

Another roasting day. I left the compo in the mixer today and used it out of there, easier to knock up :p
Got the steps done and filled in the cavity.

Backfill with stone and then lay the Indian stone slabs in there. He has loads of old slabs, blocks and tat and wants me to use it all up :D
I asked him where the footing was for the steps yesterday and he told me to build them off the ground :D I can only do what people ask me to do.
