I don't think HL3 is or will be anything like what ended up of DNF really, they are nothing alike from historical significance all the way up to the developer in question and the fanbase.

So a video showing no new information, just rehashing all the "rumours" that are already out there.

Almost a third of the way into the video he claims he doesn't want lie to his viewers or use this video to increase numbers to his channel, which is complete horse manure, as that's exactly what he is doing with his click bait headline.

It's not actually happening and he doesn't know what Valve is going to do.
 
No HL3 unless they do a new game engine imo.

its like 20 years since HL2 came out, I doubt its coming any time soon if ever.

Valve must have learned releasing games often is really dumb..

Imagine if Bf2, Cod etc stuck to the "cs2" formula of staying the same basically

I bet they would be as big as Cs2 is now, instead they released a new version every year and killed their own franchises instead of building on the player base.


None of them seem to have learned their lesson either.

I need to revisit it again and actually finish it. Unfortunately it doesn't work on my Apple Silicon Mac and I don't want to play it with a controller layout on my Steam Deck.

I just remember the first time reading that thread of yours. It was hilarious when you realised what you'd done!

It does say "may" not run on your OS. Have you tried it to see if it will? What about if you were to run Windows on your Mac in a VM?

Not natively, there is a workaround it seems but I don't want to be doing that.

Oh yes, when you are in god mode, there is no such a thing as acid canal lol Especially as it is shallow like 2 inches deep.
