I suspect if teams are able to implement it, we'll see Max and the Mercs doing much better in the race, which is needed.

Been in Florida for a couple of weeks. Watched some of the F1 live, but Disney's wifi isn't really suitible for that.
Seems like McLaren still good. Verstappen still dragging that car to places it shouldn't be. Ferrari still determined to plunge down the standings despite their drivers attempts to actually do well.
Great little piece showing the Lotus 102 running again.
I've been driven in a couple of Lotus road cars by Martin (Evora on the road and an Exige on track), he's still a nutcase.

Apparently F1 '25 Spa tyre compounds will be C1 (hardest), C3 and C4. I'd not been playing close attention, but normally compounds are x, x+1, x+2.

I tried the first episode last night. It's okay. If you're following F1 Academy and want to know more about the personalities involved it's probably interesting, but I'm haven't followee F1A closely and found the presentation kind of irritating. The kind of thing I'd have watched another episode of if my wife wanted to (she didn't) but won't be going out of my way for.
Just finished watching the last episode. I'm not an emotional guy but the section on the 2001 Daytona Pepsi 400 had me welling up.
I havnt watched a lot of NASCAR over the years but I've always appreciated the impact that Dale had on motor racing. Watching this series just gave me a renewed respect for the guy and the sport in general. Strangely enough in the past few months I've been watching a lot more of it. I've also been watching Jr's podcasts and with Cleetus getting involved in the ARCA feeder series it feels like there is life and character getting injected into the sport again.

Potential for Stroll to at least miss Canada, their usual replacements (Drugovich and Vandoorne) are racing at Le Mans that weekend.
Could see Bottas step in for a fellow Mercedes customer maybe? Although I guess its possible that either would choose and F1 race over Le Mans...

I guess it comes down to contracts, but if I was Drugovich I might bite the hand off for a race.

But then again, both are racing in Hypercar and have a potential chance to win the 24 hours of Le Man.
