Was going to make the chips, but used Andrew Bartlett fries instead and found them quite dry.

We find them nice when flash fried in a little balsamic vinegar and then reduced down under a lid in the same pan as the steaks were done in.
They are the OH's favourites and that's what counts more than anything in my book.
My oh my, it has been far too long since I have had a Pathia this good!
When I phoned the order through, the main man answered so I wasn’t convinced he was in the Kitchen, upon pick up I asked if he was and they confirmed
Portion size was great too, I’m happy with a fair sized portion, I understand the nature of cooking BIR curries and it being somewhat eyeballed but occasionally the portion can be lacking especially for a collection order, this one was brimmed full.
Excuse the tragic tray but needs must to enjoy in comfort
Same Curry, but one in natural light to show true colour! Unfortunately having to block out as much light as possible to encourage daughter to go to bed at a reasonable hour
Not sure what the neighbours must think.. “He goes in the house with a takeaway and then closes the blinds and curtains, weirdo!”
