This is crazy isn't it. Like I sure hope filming was done a long time ago, but from what I gather it hadn't started before the writers strike, so likely they didn't start filming until this year, which means the actors are going to have aged so much. I get the gap between 3 and 4 did lead to some great episodes with clearly more time and money spent on them, but given the series follows kids, if you watch season 1 and then season 5, the time difference is supposed to be 4 years I think, while it's been about 15 for the actors
 
I struggled with season 1 - the Winona Ryder character was annoying as were some of the kids but it got much better once Max and her stepbrother entered the fray.

As usual, the gap between seasons is so long that I can remember very little about what happened in the last season.
 
Ryder was one of the best things from season one!!

Filming wrapped a few weeks ago for the final season. Can’t wait

I do a full rewatch of all seasons before a new season comes out. On the 4th episode of last season :D

Less than 10 years for the actors. Season 1 was in 2016, possibly filmed in 2015. I see your point though, my plan was to keep subscribing to netflix till the final seasons of cobra kai and stranger things. Sadly the actors and writers strike got in the way and I cancelled a few months ago :cry:

Might resub for cobra kai next month and then 1 more month at Halloween for stranger things.

Can’t wait. Just finished rewatching all seasons again a month or two ago to prepare.

I like the dates also. I basically don’t work for nearly a month in December:D

lol same for the most part. I remember banging my head to some stonking rendition of Kate Bush's Running up that Hill but that's it.

I’m luke warm about it. Far much time has passed since the last season & life’s too short to watch the season over again just to jog my memory.

I’ll probably watch it just to find out who the Lonely Highway killer is.
