The way I see it... He purchased the car well knowing its a shed, it was bought purely to make this mediocre content, controversy and conflict is what drives the views up. Either way he's going to make a lot of money from it.Big fan of YouTube drama when there’s a clear bad guy, especially so when the silly twerp tries to be a big man and physically bully and threaten others. I’m all for offering out one another for to settle things like men but to just randomly threaten civilians to try and earn submission is out of order.
Think this guys ****** his business now.
It's a new clickbait trend...This guy doesn't seem to have the best of luck when it comes to motors.

Are you really that gullible to believe that they didn't know about it, prior to purchasing it?I wouldn't call that clickbait, they bought a car as a 50,000 mile car and found out its a 170,000 mile car.
"This 'Low Mileage' Sports Car Was a Total Scam" is therefore I'd argue, a perfectly descriptive title which will encourage people to click the video.

Probably because they are linked with AutoAlex, which also comes across as very clickbait and annoying a lot of the time. Although TDC is at least more interesting because they actually work on cars, whereas the AA formula seems to be buying a car to "restore" it, making knob gags for 20 minutes, then sticking some BC coil overs and new tyres on it and calling it a day.Why is the default stance to disbelieve them?
This and the fact that they do seem to know something about cars, a car with 50k miles will not be in the same condition as a car with over 170k miles...Probably because they are linked with AutoAlex, which also comes across as very clickbait and annoying a lot of the time. You know why? Because content...I agree on AutoAlex, his channel has lost its way a bit with Taylor being a **** and them ruining cars for clout and whathaveyou.
TDC are very much a different recipe though. Much more down to earth, actual car guys. They aren't infallable though, they're just a couple of idiots, like me FR FR.
And condition does rather depend on where and how it has been driven. Plus I doubt they bothered to look at it in much detail or at all before buying it.
You know why? Because content...
TDC isn't great, idk why... I think, you need a specific personality and charisma to present in front of a camera.
