Nothing I'm afraid, he is attempting to spend more time with my sister who has special needs after pretty much ghosting her for the last two years.

I suspect he's found out I've moved and wants to know where.

Had an argument with a customer about this.. He said oh the Chemtrails, Its gonna be overcast. I said yes it will. But not because of the Contrails.. But because of the atmospheric conditions that mean the contrails are hanging around..... Not the way round you think!!!

Interesting thread on one of the ring leaders who has made an absolute packet scamming people with Freeman of the Land advice going to court soon. Amazingly, it would appear he’s actually convinced of his own insane theories and is actually attempting to use them himself, so isn’t pretending this stuff works to just his followers, he actually thinks it does.

I read through some of the documents he's sent.
In one he refers to the USA IRS :confused:
19. The United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) confirms the Birth Certificate number BXCK xxxxx, xxxxxxxx with connected National Insurance number NI xx xx xx x is a decedent estate

Also nice of him to give release his birth certificate number, NI number and home address (which is blurred out on street view!).

The thing is, if he used a conventional defense he'd probably lose and he'd lose the respect of this worshipers. If he however carries on with his loony defense he can cry conspiracy when he's locked up and will probably maintain the respect of his idiot followers.
 
MAJOR UPDATE ALERT

Ok so....

I had a letter today from a solicitors firm BLAKE MORGAN, they have placed an Interim Charging Order on his home, they have made an Application for Charging Order on Land on this property relating to unpaid finance on the Bentley (that he told people he paid cash for!). I suspect he cant give them car back as he exported it with the DVLA when he was driving around on his false plates!

I was perplexed as to why I received this letter.

I called the solicitor and was informed that I am listed as one of four proprietors of this property, I am totally shocked and wasn't aware of this. I was for a short period a Power of Attorney, but he cancelled that shortly after we fell out.
They suggest that they can't come after me directly, nothing is showing in my Experian yet.

I'm now going to have to spend money on a solicitor to understand what he has done and try and unpick this...

The house is worth about £550k.

Is this the beginning of the end for him. :)

I'll keep you guys updated.
 
Waiting for Land Registry documents to see how this ended up happening, then i will discuss with a solicitor.

A few people at the office have suggested some creative ways to deal with it.
  • Send Estate Agents In to Value the Property
  • Send a Letter asking for 25K to relinquish my share
  • Request 10 Britannia's from his Gold Bullion Stash (this one will really hurt him), must be accompanied with an assay report.

Oh the excitement I have when I see this thread is updated.

Real sorry for @drew though, its been a good laugh and interesting in here, its an absolute shame and just awful for you to now be dragged into situation.
 
Well, as per professional advice I own 25% of a house, I now need to speak to Land Registry to see what has been done, i don't recall signing a TR1 form, but its possible.

I also need to find out how liable i could be for his games...

Hopefully this gives some new life to this post LOL
