The anime thread sequel (it's still not as good as the Manga though),

I've also been somewhat out of it recently, but have been watching a bit of Kakegurui with the wife; along with the live action version(s), kinda curious to see the different takes on the same core premise; the Japanese live action is closer to the anime, but feels very low budget, the American version feels like it had a better budget, and does a better job with some elements, but then they do the usual changes to the concept to fit modern american tv sensibilities.
 
If I just read an ANN article right, it looks like Alltheanime are going to release Macross Frontier and Delta next year!

Watched two Anime/Manga over the last week:

* Blue Eyed Samurai
* Blood of Zeus

BES was ok, it seemed a little drawn out but as a slow story it's ok. I'd give that a 5/10 (5 being average)
BoZ seemed, once it got going, just be a retelling of the Greek lore (including the giants). I'd probably give that a 3.5/10 (5 being average).
