Ill second that. I saw the trailer and thought it looked good, so I wouldn't mind reading the books beforehand.
Yeah this trailer is pretty bad for revealing that huge stuff.
The Beauty of the book was it starts with literally nothing and it's our boy trying to survive, do the mission, and his relationship with the spoiler.
I think Ryan gosling is gonna be sarcastic, patronising and cheeky enough to be the main character as I imagined him.
One of the other big characters I visualised as
