North of Scotland could hit 30c but the east could be close to average "every heatwave is different".


Distinctly lower here than last time by at least 5c. I'll take the win

I'm very jealous of your 1C lower than my predicted-about-to-sadly-go-up-anyway-but-hoping-it-does-not temperature for Tuesday :cry:
 
Is everyone doing multiple checks before bed, murdering every mosquito they can find before sleeping on top of the sheets?
Living in fear that you will wake up with a bite on your piece/sack, is of high probability! :cry:
I do fold it over, and wrap it round myself, if I wake up in the middle of the night, mind - the SHEET that is, you sickos!

Mosquito problem gets worse every year. Number one thing is to ensure.no standing water anywhere near the house. Those little trays/saucers people put under pots in the garden are Mosquito breeding hot spots.
