I think I had an aneurysm trying to read through all of that spelling and grammar.

its a 20 year old account the post count divided by time won't be high.
Averaging 6.5 posts every day for the last 19 years, 7 months, 25 days - it's enough.

moderation opn this forum becoming a joke...
I'd delete your post but in your head you'd just take that as "proof" that you are right.

Since you insist on doing this in public however:

had a post removed from SC because it had some hard truths about Afghanistan and the abuse of bacha bazi boys on RAF bases...
Nope you had a xenophobic post removed.

It's almost common klnowledge that it happened, and some mods acting like it's a conspiracy theorist or something?
no one has said that it did or didn't happen, the only conspiracy is you believing we treat you differently.

there's a reason people necro, because you used to be able to have adult conversations and now you can't
I'm not sure I'd define racist / xenophobic conversations as "adult conversations". But you are correct - you can't have those conversations now.

what I find funny is the post was there for so long other mods must have seen it and been fine with it!!!
Nope - just not all of the moderators spend their life lurking in SC. Bearing in mind that all of the moderators are unpaid volunteers, so no I don't spend every minute of the day looking at areas of the forum that don't necessarily interest me.

Just to reiterate that point. We don't even get paid to put up with **** from people like you.

compared to most forums I guess you could argue that.

seems like a lot of familiar faces stopped posting or post a lot less often and im convinced the heavy handed moderation has something to do with that.

it's starting to feel like people moiderate by emotion because they know they can just remove a post and put "not good enough for SC without any reason why"

You could probably remove half the posts in SC claiming that. yet some opinions don't get removed only others that must be disagreed with...

look at the first 2 replies in the thread
they are worthy of SC but mine wasn't? because of emotional moderation sure... if he was going on the rules why are the first 2 replies valid? its GD level replies and you know it.
"Always check your cc's / bcc's kids" and "What a total shambles"

how are they SC valid comments? but mine wasnt? because some mod got emotionally triggered.

It seems to me people don't understand SC correctly then or how to have an intellgient discussion...If you post an opinion you back it up with facts - you show graphs, link to research or how you constructed your opinion. That's how grown up discussions work, especially about complex topics. If you make a claim that's out of the ordinary, or out of line of public norms then it's up to you to prove it. Not just post an opinion with nothing to back it up other than hearsay and then moan when nobody else agrees with what you say.

There has been a trend in SC for a while now where the same people jump in threads every 20 or so pages and repeat the same debunked myths again and again (particularly about immigration), and then complain when a pile on happens or messages get deleted. And they are myths because no evidence is produced to the contrary, and in SC you have to back up your opinions with facts.

Unless those rules are inforced then SC will just turn into social media or GBNews and it'll be a waste of everyone's time. In this day and age, most social media is the absolute posion of society and it's refreshing to have one place amoung all the noise where you do have to prove what you say is true.
