Just Amazon being Amazon! Lets be honest they're probably not even going to investigate - although we had that with one courier, they sent the driver around the next day to find out which house they'd wrongly delivered to and parcel was still on the wrong houses doorstep. We know most of our neighbours (or what their doors look like!). To be fair we give Amazon a lot of slack around ours as we use them a lot and the numbering on our estate is nonsense (different parts built at different times). They seem better than others for making sure they get the right house. Anyone noticed most couriers don't even knock anymore - they just deposit parcel and then leave. Number of times I've found something delivered behind our plant pot when coming home from work and the other half has been in the house all day
Blasphemy! Cycling requires specific shoes for different situations! That is why I have 5-6 pairs of them!
To be fair the 3-4 times I've ridden non-clipless shoes the last 10+ years it's been horrible. I still have scars. Can't consider relearning being unclipped at my advanced years!
For me my 'commuting' shoes are ones I'll ride all spring/autumn/winter under overshoes, so they'll do some longer riding too. I've always tended to have 1 'best' set of shoes, then a couple around the garage for turbo use and another couple of pairs for work/winter/etc.

Maybe consider something like this for commuting/school pickup?
Then just wear normal trainers
