HOTAS OR HOSAS for Star Citizen etc?

I suspect they (CIG) might introduce FFB for the flying around a planet surface but it would be years away as a low priority.

I see Virpil are going to be releasing a FFB base. Makes no difference to me as someone who only plays Space games, but it's good that people have an option because I'm guessing it will be compatible with most of their modern grips which means you won't be limited to just that Moza base with the gimpy little joystick with barely any buttons on it.

Edit. Actually having looked at it it does look like it's got a fair few hats and I get it's aimed at the SIM market because I'd want analogue sticks too and scrolly wheel.

I got an email from them. They most also made a post the other day with a picture of a sim setup saying they were forced to show it

I'm genuinely looking forward to see what they do with this, I also only really use my sticks for Star Citizen but with control surfaces being added to the game etc if there's a functioning profile with these it could be great.

That would be a hell of an outlay for a gamble on SC!

Perhaps, but I'd obviously wait to see what happens before making a purchase. It was like the Moza ffb. It has a star citizen profile, but there's not been one single review I could find (last time I checked) of it being used in star citizen. I suspect if it was working it would have been all over YouTube etc.

It's the same thing here, if it drops with a SC profile and its reviews are positive. I'll be all over it.

i want a VKB set-up but the UK site sucks. the stick i want has been "out of stock" for months, the "new stock" banner obviously didn't include it. can order it from the EU site but the duty would be ridiculous, so no way.
