——The Official Battlefield 6 Thread——

Taken from reddit so grain of salt required:

  • On July 31, the multiplayer trailer will be presented, and pre-orders will also open there.
  • The length of tomorrow's trailer is 2 minutes 21 seconds.
  • The current game release date is October 10. Of course, this date may still be postponed. Don't take it as 100% truth as they might change it.
  • The game will also have a Phantom Edition (something along the line).
  • Pre-orders will tentatively open on July 31.
  • Game price is expected to be 70/100 Euro/Dollars for standard and deluxe respectively.
  • Game Description:
"Lock & load for the ultimate all-out warfare experience. Fight in high-intensity infantry combat. Rip through the skies in aerial dogfights. Demolish your environment for a strategic advantage. In a war of tanks, fighter jets, and massive combat arsenals, your squad is the deadliest weapon. This is Battlefield 6."

So tomorrows trailer might be SP focused or a mix of both going by that.

Rumours suggest the battle royale part of the game is set in New York, that teaser announcement they release the other day definitely suggested so with what looked to be Brooklyn Bridge getting blown up.
I'll give it a go but not too bother about BR but hopefully there's a conquest NY map or similar

Yeah not really interested in BR these days, BR games have had their day in the sun, boring now. Conquest was always where it was at for me in BF games
 
Will BF 6 beta be available for everyone (pre-orders play it early)?

Still remember how BF3 beta blew me away completely. Coming in with max hype after enjoying BC2, it was autobuy BF3 after beta. Zero regrets, hype lived on to BF4 (which wasn't as good).

BF6 would have to be heavenly good to overcome bad past releases. It won't be.

If the release rumour is true then it comes out the same month as Arc Raiders, thats what will make BF6 need to be extra good for me because I've already played Arc Raiders and it was superb and I'm not sure that I have time for 2 competitive shooters simultaneously in October, so BF6 will need that bit extra in it to make it consume any of my Arc Raiders gametime

pre ordering bf6 total madman ! :D after how bad the last few they have been the last thing id do is pre order battlefield 6. there will be a beta soon and the battle royal i think will be free to play.

Wonder how long the campaign will be, why they couldn't just do this and the multiplayer in one video is meh, not enough in this to keep people talking about for a week until the mp trailer.

In the past they've split the trailers separately. BF3 had separate trailers for instance.

Just part of the hype train, show them some "in engine" bs tbat really means nothing and keep them waiting.
 
Are we sure that trailer isnt for the next Call of Duty - because it sure looks like it is.

I have played every Battlefield but this will probably be the first I have ever skipped - unless the gameplay reveal is on another level.
 
Usually BF trailers are really good and that was certainly a trailer for a video game.

Now the wait till they patch it into something decent a year after its release. :(
