Trailer was good, I really want a good battlefield game again but I know EA will do something to make it suck. Probably with an overbearing store.

It's not confirmed yet but beta access is usually tied to preorders for a few days, then open access is only usually a couple of days.

oh dang this year, had no idea we were getting it this soon, will have to check out some footage, had some great times on bad company 2, and bf 3 and 4, havent played and kind of lost interest in the most recent ones.
 
Pre-rendered trailers don’t mean anything to me anymore. The game is releasing at the end of the year and they couldn’t even do a real time trailer? Ok.
 
Dice/EA going full Activision giving huge hand outs and free flights/food everything to all the content creator...I mean shills
Gone are the days when the customers were more important!

MP trailer coming on the 31st July, which presumably will be gameplay footage.

Been this way for a while and i think partly this is the reason games are so crap now, These "influencer's" get priority access when it comes to testing and giving feedback and they really don't speak for the majority of the player base, Only for themselves.


What's hugely disappointing is that the Battle royal mode in BF6 will be free to play, This will be a testing ground for cheat makers...should have ONLY been part of the paid for game to keep cheaters more of a distance if they have to shell out £60-90 or whatever it will be priced at.

But can already see where they're going with this, It'll be riddled with "Skins & dlc"

Past battlefields have been great but honestly, I'm not feeling the hype for this.

That's fine by me, hopefully cheaters will mostly stick to BR meaning less in conquest

I'm sucker for pretty graphics. I thought the trailer looked really good, reminded me a lot of BF3/4 and I've always enjoyed the BF games solo campaigns and a lot of things that were missing from BF2042 at the start was in the trailer, like the destruction of buildings etc, also I prefer the modern or near modern theme.
 
The trailer is just the same as any other trailer for a pew-pew or action movie, nothing really new. Can't say I'm impressed by anything, perhaps the stupidity of the helicopter pilot flying between the buildings when everything crumbles :))
