Most people including me deck it out with D30 fans which are 30mm.
i am looking to order one today with new Fans as the ones in my current build where just cheap and nasty but do a job. The question is whats the best way to get best airflow in there.
I have a AIO so want to replace those fans as well to make it all match.
how many reverse fans should i get ?

I ended up using 4 reverse fans but if you had them at the bottom and side you would need 7

I don't think it's really about airflow. That may seem like an odd thing to say, but one or two fans is just fine for airflow. The rest are for looks. I mean if you want raw airflow then this isn't the best case to get. It sure does look the best though!!!

Yeah it looks amazing when its filled out with fans although i do have 2 SSD and 1 HDD to fit so am guessing am leaving the HDD tray in but still should look amazing

Maybe when removing the clear side/front panel just be careful as it comes out forward and up at the same time but after removing it and putting it back a few times you will be fine Enjoy the case mate.

Only issue I saw with using 140mm fans was if you use Corsair fans with the 'big usb' type connector sometimes isn't room for it.
Not had any issues using D30 140MM fans
