Are Chavs/Charvas actually more likely to be dangerous compared to other groups of people (ie Goths/Nerds etc)?

If you walked down any major high street in the UK in the late 90s to early 2000s you’d always see groups of depressed looking goths hanging around in big groups, same goes for Skaters.

Did people grow out of it ? Are Marilyn Manson concerts now just full of middle aged blokes dressed in suits ? Or do they keep the dress up strictly for special occasions now like gigs ?

My niece was a heavy metal goth but by her 20's had changed into an Ibiza going chav. Crazy turnaround.

I was a bit of a hybrid between chav and nerd (I used to slip between both social groups) in my teens I think. I used to think Goths were a bit weird yet I listen to their music quite often these days. Metalica, Ozzy etc

Catfishing relies on the deception being convincing. There is not one faux female on this forum that has ever been plausible. We should create a sub forum echo chamber where they can all charva it up.

I am female. What I didn't realise is how sexist and uncivil this forum is. Also, the admins can check IP's and see that this is my first time being here.

How long until you notice they are a moderator, I wonder...

Anyway, this is GD. You need a thick skin to post in here. The forum is far from sexist though, we have plenty of women who post here and they are treated with the respect they deserve (and one or two of them are probably worshipped by some members).

We're just rightfully cautious when someone signs up and immediately states "I'm a sporty, 18 year old teenager who is looking for friends".
