Ouch. For 2 pieces of plastic. I cant seem to find them online.. If I search for the splitter it comes up with loads that protrude past the bumper, These are about 10Inch long separate pieces. One either side, held on my 3/4 bolts.

Surely I'm covered insurance wise if I've declared the modifications it doesn't matter how they was installed?

A lot of spoilers and things are just stuck on with 3M tape (even from factory).

Well I'm not sure if it's the shock but the stupid roads In the UK . Hot a pothole and getting some vibration when on the motorway . Seems to be mainly be front right where you can feel it . Doesn't appear to be noticeable until your going quicker

Shock? Or wheel tracking ?

Or buckled the wheel. Or cracked it, but less likely if it's holding pressure. Or could be a bulge in the sidewall if it's damaged the tyre. Or it could be lupus.
 
Well BMW dealer come back to me this afternoon and said they looked at everything and on reflection they are now paying the £280 difference for Insurance cost so a result and they done a U-turn. :)

Also doing some touch up paint work for free on black trim I see on passenger side that looks warn.

What people opinion on lane assist I think it might be going off on my car? Feel like it pops up wrongly a lot so far.

Still can't fully get used to BMW auto hold on M135i, just isn't the same as my old Golf it was more seamless on that. Feels like you have to press brake to much and creeping with it is annoying.

It's incredibly intrusive on every iDrive7 car I've driven. To the point where I automatically turn it off as part of my routine when starting the car. The iDrive8 version seems much more relaxed. Not sure if it's linked with iDrive in any way, or it's just been updated on post 2023 cars.
 
If I wanted it checked out , could I go to BMW seeing as I have Warrenty cover on wear and tear items up to 100,000 until my Warrenty runs out ?

Iv had a look on YouTube to best diagnose the issue with vibrations between 60-75 on front right

The dealer charges a health check fee and you have to pay it if no fault found or something not covered by warrnaty. For my local dealer it's £160.

You should rule out wheel or tyre damage first.

* worth checking as your's is the AUC warranty with zero excess the check might be free.

You get health checks free when you have a service..maybe I wait until I have my next service ? Ok..so In order for checking wheel damage what am I looking for ? Signs of impact? Or something bent ? I will look at tyres and wheels. I may take it down to local tyre place and see if they can do a re balance on it ?

I have metal drive ramps but my jack is not working at the moment. If I drive it on the ramps and have a look around.the wheel suspension area and see if I can see anything obvious

Can confirm they will still charge the fee for the investigation if the damage is not covered by the warranty. Not sure if they still charge it if you're imagining any damage and end up wasting their time.
