——The Official Battlefield 6 Thread——

Had fun playing some matches this morning... only problem I seem to have is my GPU usage is stuck around 30% meaning my FPS never goes over 70-75... running a 14700k and 5080..

Tried multiple things but cant seem to find a fix right now.
 
Getting 120fps at 2560x1440p with 9950x3d and 9070XT. Everything turned to max. Though I notice it's not parking the second CCD so using all 16 cores.
 
Looks fantastic and runs great on my 7800X3D and RTX4070 @ 1440P ultra settings 120-130 fps the odd dip to 110 or so.
Considering i never settle on ultra settings as post processing stuff just adds visible clutter to me so once i tweak to my liking i should be close to my 165hz monitor but tbh once im hitting 100 fps im happy.
That might make me hold off on grabbing a 9070XT as to be fair the 4070 is great for 1440P gaming.

Gameplay is nice if a little fast but i wouldnt complain.
Overall very impressed, finally we might have a good BF game.

EDIT : just noticed i have DLSS off and TAA on , also Frame Generation off , now im even more impressed with the performance.

You can buy one from Key Sites or watch Twitch logged in with your EA Account Linked - for 90 Minutes I believe it is.

Some Skins on Twitch to via drops, I’ve had mine on near 4 hours and I’m not physically watching :D

I have given mine to Chris already.

Maps are too small, feel like call of duty maps

Spawn points are also ******, just like cod, several times in the last hour I spawned and within 2 seconds was shot dead an enemy sitting on top of the spawn point

Support being the ammo and medic guy means there are t enough support players; spent couple hours playing and getting revives and ammo is a nightmare as no one plays support
 
How the heck as the price on these things gone up? It was literally 18p yesterday...

Plus, starting from today people can just get it from Twitch by watching 90mins on an eligible stream. Open up a tab, find a stream, mute it and carry on with your browsing.
