Looks in a perfect state of readiness to me. I been loving the Ben 'n' Jerry's Sweet Mango Memories with white icecream bitsNot the prettiest looking, but, homemade cherry and brandy ice cream.

I played about with this stuff for a while, you can get some good results but It's very specific use case and application. A little research is required.I'd used some Xanthan in the mix.

These are a new area to me and with the intention of only using with the ice cream maker and so far the results are positive and to the point that I didn't really need to use the blade at the end.
I am tempted to play a little more with them though.
Would love an idiots guide recipe for something. Not had that much luck with my Creami although admittedly not tried much. Everything just comes out a bit too solid.
I followed the Strawberry ice cream recipe on the Ninja Test Kitchen and then added roughly a teaspoon of Xanthan Gum before freezing.
The gum stops the ice cream turning to a block of ice and means it can be eaten straight from the tub if wanted.
You may need to check out correct amounts of the gum to what-ever you are making.
I’ll tell you what, let’s meet half way!Back in stock.
