Yeah CPU (265K) is at 100% unless I cap fps at 90 (down from 140).
Basically a space heater in the room during a heatwave.

its a good close / fast spammy map but again not much battlefieldness going on

the other big conquest map is a better size

Capped mine at 4K/120Hz in an effort to rein it in a bit. Couldn’t notice the difference TBH, the AIO fans ramped up like I’m benchmarking regardless.

Was quite surprised though as there are lots of lesser CPU’s that must be struggling even more, or least you’d think so.

The maps don't help, had they put in firestorm as conquest large it would be a good indicator of how it would play vs older BF games with that map, right now all we have are basically meatgrinders.

This game doesn't need any of those for a smooth experience.

At 4k 240hz, yes you do. You are at a huge disadvantage by not using "upscaling", it provides better iq and more fps which means less input lag.

I'm so disappointed in this BF6. Everything about the game is mostly decent, but the maps are awful.

It creates a horrible COD like playstyle, not the Battlefield playstyle.

I'd have thought we would have at least 1 big map (the one with the planes is medium, not big).

Same frame rates 165fps+ but feels like treacle

3 out of 4 of the beta maps are tiny, it’s like they went the polar opposite to 2042 where some of the maps were far too big

Fixed it, it was AMD's FR!

On Nvidia the frame gen works perfectly, but AMD's is ASS!
