Summer Transfer Window 25/26 *Sponsored by Bigpig*

Slots said we need one more attacker we must have a back up in mind as I don’t think we will wanna be carrying the Isak saga on much longer
At least one was he exact words and I agree. If Chiesa stays then maybe we can get away with just one more but ideally and especially if Chiesa leaves, we need two. We've lost 3 of our forwards from last season and currently only brought in one + Wirtz as a bit of emergency cover.

I know a lot has been said about Negumoha in pre-season but he's not even 17 and is built like a child still. With the ball at his feet, running at defenders he looks great but he's not physically ready to do the other 90% of the game, primarily the defensive work that will be required of him.

I doubt very much whether the management team would buy isak just 'becuase he's available', with Nunez/Diaz and Jots not bring around anymore we needed 2 forwards (with Rio being promoted) cheisa can't be relied upon, so we would need possibly another on top of whats come in (and isak)

As to this narrative that Liverpool should withdraw, complete ******. Dont hear this sort of stuff with other teams, should newcastle not sign wissa? Should arsenal not have signed gyokeres? Course not and they won't care what they have done at previous clubs.

I actually think Liverpool will end up stumping up very close to what Newcastle want for Isak. Money not the issue.

We need two strikers and looks like we not really interested in Jackson.

We do have an interest in Porto young Spanish striker but been quoted 80m and can’t see us going for that.

Seung Park also also impressed in training and there talk of him staying with the first team instead of heading out on loan. (LW) frees up Gordon.

Sooo do Newcastle end the window with Wissa and a dump truck full of cash for the rat.

Or Wissa and an unhappy Isak?

Ouattara is Mbuemo's replacement, not Wissa's.

I think we had our eye on Kalimuendo who's now off to Forest. Without us being able to sign a replacement or Newcastle reaching our asking price - last I heard they were miles off - then I reckon Wissa stays.

If I was Howe I'd be playing Isak until he goes. Especially against Liverpool at home next week and let the crowd give him a nice send off.

Ahh well looks like Isak staying then also hah

Looks like heavy fines incoming for both players and well deserved if they start missing PL games.

Hasn't the free kick coach already stated he won't be playing this weekend?

I can’t see Liverpool bidding £130mil+ for Isak. It’s all set up for another bid around the same amount with a slightly better payment plan/add-ons.

Newcastle reject it and he gets loaned to Al-Hilal to play 532 alongside Darwin.

Toney contact get cancelled with massive payoff and he’s signs for Newcastle for free since it’s a World Cup year hah

Beeb gossip...

Manchester United are lining up a £50m deal for Sporting and Denmark midfielder Morten Hjulmand, 26, if they miss out on Brighton's 21-year-old Cameroon international Carlos Baleba. (Sun)

Interesting.

Also loads more noise online for Nacho to Chelsea almost being done.

Take Isak
Gossip from the Sun though man. Have some self respect! :p

I'd believe you more if you said your dad works at United and told you.
Bugger...

Slow news morning and I'm on holiday and waiting for the kids to get up.

(poor excuse but that's all I have :D)

Talking of which... 2 in 2 for Nunez now, knew he would score bucket loads in that league.
