There are various, whic one? they all state the load capacity, have you checked?

It’s listed at around £25 I believe

Holds upto 10kg, 100x100 or 75x75 plate.

The 34" is like 7.4KG if I recall so that would be more than fine

Bought "Invision Single Monitor Ärm" for about £30 for my son's desk and was planning to fit one of my spare 34" Dell ultrasharp monitors. Arm spec said it would do 2 - 9kg. Monitor spec says it was 8.4Kg without the stand. It couldn't hold it up!
So had to use another spare monitor I had(I have too many "Spare" monitors!).
