Google Pixel 10 Series (10/10 Pro/10 Pro XL/10 Pro Fold & Pixel Watch 4)

So torn right now. I really want a fold device this time round, but the Samsung looks to be better than the Pixel. Will have to handle them side by side.

If I decide against the fold, the 10 Pro XL looks good

Pro XL £797 after trade in for 7Pro
Fold £1297 after trade in
mentined that before, look in to V3. or wait until v5. so thin !

i still have no idea what to do lol
one thing that is missing from pixels, is the speed phone takes photos with...no option for burst.
you can keep clicking away and then it takes a while for phone to process all ...
samsungs have it, iphones have it and do it with ease...
I am speaking to ID mobile shortly to try and crack a deal, using CPW deals to negotiate!

Hoping to pop into a store and hold a P9 pro and XL to get a feel for sizes.

Edit - Their offer so far;

Pixle 10 pro XL 256GB
Data: 100gb
Minutes: Unlimited
Texts: Unlimited
The total upfront cost £49.00

BelkinRise True Wireless Headphones Black
£100 Currys eGift Card

Pay monthly: £39.99

EDIT 2

Offer now includes £480 trade in for my 8 pro, cashback.

I'm still pushing :D

You need to use their own specific brick so add that to your cost.

For me this release has been pretty meh. I can't see the value here.

For reference I paid £750 for Xiaomi 15U Ultra on release day. UK model and direct from Xiaomi. That was after I sold all the freebies and some TCB. No trade in required.
I knew about the cost of the phone charger but was just counting the cost of the devices with the trade-in values. :)

Yea, it's a really good deal tbf.

They are now offering me these ontop (instead of the ear buds)

SilverLabel
33w Charger Black
£19.99

Plus

Belkin
15w Fast Wireless Charger Black
£17.99

Not sure if these are quick enough to get the full charging potential from the XL though, but should be good enough for me.

once again many of their "offers" are one for first time users, if your all ready a user, we get sod all.
also is the £100 store credit on top of what you get with a google one sub ?
Yes, worth upgrading a month to get 10% Credit over 3% again

Tempted to upgrade my Pixel 8 to Pixel Pro 10 256mb for around £429 after everything

Was hoping for good things with the 10 Fold but as usual, meh.

I'll stick with the magic V3 for the time being.

I'm a little tempted to offload the V3. Three are giving enough in trade-in to cover the cost of the 10 Pro. A bit of a downgrade maybe. But no more Honor jank. No more unreliable Honor camera. Built-in magnetic charging. And a better selection of accessories.

Deal done, got the following;

Pixle 10 pro XL 256GB (Moonstone  )
24month deal (I always skip a generation, just gone from the 8 to the 10)
Unlimited data (Got a loyalty bolt on for 24months)
Unlimited texts/calls
£46 up front cost
£39pm

Total cost (Using £42 a month average to factor in price rises)
£42x24 = £1008 + £46 upfront cost = £1,054

Gifts - Value £38
Currys gift card = £100
Trade in = £480

Total £618

£1054 - £618 = £436

I'm happy with that, also got £50 google store credit to buy a case or something ready for next Thursday!

Anyone used a Spigen clear case? Were you singing Coldplay Yellow every time you saw it after a year?
They're good cases, but do change to a tinge of yellow after a year. Not found a clear case that doesn't to be honest
My current clear cover is a Jetech from Amazon and just as good

my turn...waiting for an agent... i think porcelain for me... or moonstone...

I can get one virtually for "free" via work (work for a large Telco) but I think I'll hold off for the 11. It's not giving me "I must upgrade vibes" other than the moonstone Pro XL which does look amazing.

I'll keep an eye on this thread and see how you guys get on with it!

I'll certainly post mine when it lands!

Damn, I'm all over the place deciding which Pro to get... I think I'll be fine with 128GB, but tempted with 256GB to be safe, but then it's only another £100 for the XL, but will that feel to big... And then there's the colour...

This must be why I've not upgraded for 4 years.

Well I order the Pixel 10 Pro XL, have a 8 pro at the moment £520 exchange and £100 which I will probably get my first watch, maybe... I'm looking forward to it, XL has a bigger battery which will be good for my hiking :)

Seems like it would cost me £52 to swap to a Pixel 10 from my iPhone 15 Pro, plus get £100 credit.
