And omg next time in in London in buying some of them..yum
It's mandatory to eat corned beef sandwiches whilst watching B5. But with wholegrain mustard, but with not too much.

Yeah i knowbut the thought that ice age will be a cool cartoon to watch after 120ish years is i consider stupid AF lol ....
Dancing or music genres are acceptable but usually just a trope to make a character relatable to a modern viewer. We still appreciate 200 year old music and dance...Like in Strange New Worlds where everyone knows and still dances to Jitterbug?
I never did it but I remember walking past the Trocadero one time we visited London and saw a bewildered group of people leaving a side door onto the street as teh Aliens experience ended. I remember they looked proper flustered. It was only years later that I actually learnt what they'd been doing when I found out about it. Shame I was too young it sounded like a blast.Did any of you do the alien experience at the Trocadero in London? Late 90s That **** was wild lol.
You never know, kids still watch Snow White (the original) and Wizard of Oz and both of those are almost 100 years oldYeah i knowbut the thought that ice age will be a cool cartoon to watch after 120ish years is i consider stupid AF lol ....
As I say, anyone on here could name any tv show/movie that they think is brilliant and I could very easily find holes in any film/show that make no sense, whether its a tech hole or a plot convenience or a character doing something that nobody in reality would do, sometimes you just got to enjoy what you watch and not think too much on it.And making Ice Age part of the alien universe means this is our Earth, so what on earth happened with the massive backwards jump in technology? I like that they still use the 70's sci fi standard of what the future will be like, same with the way they do it in Star Wars but once you start adding real references in the immersion is gone. Ice Age was computer generated, had it been a hand drawn cartoon like an old Disney movie then fair enough but how did we get from creating CGI movies to monochrome computer screens everywhere??
1. I thought it was just the eggs she can hear? Some random ability though.1. She can hear it - followed the sound?
2. He realised they are some sort of Synth and knew he could use them.
3. The room was set up for any Synths to go in. But yes, they never heard the doors open or her fall to the floor. Bit silly considering they all have elevated senses.
I would imagine it will be explained, patience1. I thought it was just the eggs she can hear? Some random ability though.
2. No the synth from s#1t scared to let's be friends.
Yeah, that's the one i mean. He picked up that they are different ie them asking about parents. He even asked TO, "Are you the parent?"
I think he would have killed them or tied them up etc if they were regular Synths, but i THINK he knew they could be valuable later and use them. Which he did, although no idea how he hacked into him and started talking.
Yes wife and I did that in the 90's, it was actually... underwhelming.I never did it but I remember walking past the Trocadero one time we visited London and saw a bewildered group of people leaving a side door onto the street as teh Aliens experience ended. When I did it people in suits were pouncing out of the shadows in strobe lights ripping people from our tour group..... These days I'm sure they would be paid actors bit honestly then it felt real AF lol.Yes wife and I did that in the 90's, it was actually... underwhelming.
Basically consisted of a guy acting like a Sergeant Major shouting at you rushing from themed room, to themed room, with a brief glimpse of a half size animatronic Alien at the end. Probably didn't help I'm cynical about that sort of thing!
Anyhow Episode 3, ho hum, well they really are going down retcon lane with it. Was trying to put my finger on what's wrong with the show and eventually figured it's the lack of any fear factor. Okay we know at some point the Aliens and other xenomorph specimens are going to get out and (hopefully) the child prodigy well end up wearing a facehugger. But there's literally zero shock or creep moments that make you jump out of your skin as in the original movie and to some extent the sequels. It's just a flat soap opera set in the Alienverse.
He put something on that ones neck
Yeah you see him take a circle thing out of his finger and then he places it on the side of his neck when he holds himI missed that! Gonna recheck.
Na he was deffo gonna off them until the other synth came. Was expecting him to square off against him but he jumped ship.Yeah, that's the one i mean. He picked up that they are different ie them asking about parents. He even asked TO, "Are you the parent?"
