Summer Transfer Window 25/26 *Sponsored by Bigpig*

Newcastles owners if they had any balls would have done what marinakis did for forest when spurs tapped up gibbs white and the isak saga would have been put to bed weeks ago

tbf Newcastle stance the whole summer from PIF is not for sale - which is why numbers have mostly been pulled from peoples backside in regards to value. Even now, as more toys got thrown out the pram, the stance never changed.

The only difference here is that Isak hasn't been professional (wheras MGW has turned up to train / play etc) and the media circus hasn't stopped. Nothing we could do this summer would have stopped all the tweets, soundbites etc as they've driven probably the most interaction from fans this year, unless of course Isak had backed down.

Couple of reports up here that we have improved our offer and it’s likely to be accepted, not sure how I feel if that’s the case, he scored 14 out field goals in a very poor wolves team, but £55m and add on’s I feel is too much.
I think it’s down to his deep stats like shot selection and when to shoot etc and pretty creative for a big lump from what I seen.

Heck most laughed at Isak here 3 and half years ago including most of the Liverpool supporters and now they all having a Tommy tank at the thought of signing him.

If the Newcastle team spotted something then I fully trust them. Ain’t got much wrong in the old transfer market so far.

With Elanga, Bruno, Barnes, Gordon, Murphy and now Ramsey being able to put the ball on the plate. He score a bucket load if he signs.

Will also be nice having an attacking corner threat for once!! Thiaw should also help in that department also!

Market is also nuts so hard to get any sense of what a player is worth.

I haven’t had this much fun since the mid 90’s hah

Watched the Ginola piece on skysports!! Loved it!

Newcastle bidding below what Wolves want again yet they tell us off for low balling Isak ha
Who’s says we low balling? We keep getting told he’s not for sale but get encouragement to bid again. The 60m is just guess work form jouros.

When Liverpool bid for Isak we told you to go **** yourself that hard you seen no point in bidding again until you seen signs that we were willing to do a deal.

Guess what them signs are? Yes managing to sign a striker or two hah

I was being sarcastic guys touchy are we :p

I don’t want us back in for Isak, good luck dealing with him and getting him back into squad after his tantrum.

I’m not sure what other attacker we may go for but there isn’t long left in this window and we need one in asap along with the centre back

I guessed that, if I’m honest I don’t want him either, but in looking at the bigger picture, how weak do we look it we have said £150m all summer and the sell him for £115m because he’s a brat and there would be a queue for our best players by other bigger clubs because we have crumbled now, I would honestly prefer if he won’t be integrated (I don’t see that though, no player wants to sit not playing football for a season) to stick him in the reserves and sell him for £80-100m in January or next summer.

Player has made his intentions clear. Wants the deal.

Doesn’t go out on strike like Rat boy instead comes off the bench and rescues Wolves cup run.

Sign him up.

Isak and Wissa take note.

It’s how they should all act however some footballers just don’t.

Regardless of what owners did or didn’t say etc Isak should have trained and played for his team mates.

Mainoo wants to leave and has been for sale all summer, apparently.

He’s really fallen off a cliff since the FA Cup final.

He looked the goods playing for England too. Your next manager may turn him back into a player.

It’s a weird one for me as he has had some good moments. But, at least to my eye, he goes missing a lot and is quite slow.

I would prefer to keep him though as the money being touted is ridiculous for someone with his potential. Get rid of all the other actual problems first, then consider him.

I wouldn't get rid of Mainoo, not unless it's for 60m+ academy profit.

Fernandes gets crocked (unlikely I know), he could end up saving our season. Unfortunate he's just not likely to get in the squad without injuries.

Although Amorin does reward performances, a good showing this evening could do wonders.
