Lexus ISF/GSF? Mustang? Giulia Quad?Yea no grumbles with the M5. I don't need a car that large and the overriding reason for purchase was I've always loved saloon cars, owned many of them and wanted to own and experience the ultimate Super Saloon that is the M5 and "tick" the V8 box off too.
I think it's largely the proposition/temptation of "getting out" of the M5 with minimal depreciation having not spent any money on tyres, brakes etc. just stuck fuel in it and driven it - [it was purchased Used Approved so the few bits that needed doing were done under Warranty] and trying something new.
Also conscious the depreciation curve over the next 10,000 miles will likely be steeper - although being honest, I'd not even thought of this until I received the call and checked how much it was still worth. I didn't purchase it worrying about future value but it is indeed a bonus its kept it.
On the flip-side. The E63 does not interest me [the engine certainly does, but the not the car/shape itself]. The new C63 would be more than I want to spend and the previous gen is now quite dated.
The Audi RS range has again never got me particularly excited; I "respect" what they are and their capability but I've never thought "I'd love one of those".
Which really just leaves me with an M4. I'll give one a test drive. I'll think about it over the weekend...
or I'll just stick with the M5!
