Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning )

Watched it in 2 halves because that's how you watch everything with a 2.5yr old :o, I think it broke it up nicely. Not sure I'd have stuck the whole 3 hours out in one go but generally enjoyed it, the last one I don't think I've ever actually watched all the way through so it's a improvement on that.
Same, it was longer than it should have been imo. He loves running doesn't he? Somehow catches up with the planes. So many plot holes, silly plane scene and Gabriel getting bested again. Without going in too much, 5/10.

Apart from Luther, everything works out conveniently for the crew. Surviving the submarine and all that. Nice to see Dunloe. Was expecting to see the entity in some kind of simulation. Without going in too much, 5/10.

It's crazy to think MI8 was predicted 14 years ago, I think I prefer Karl's version though :P It's a shame we didn't get Ted Danson

I got round to watching this last night and I couldn't believe just how bad it is, yet it's at 88% as an audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. What on earth and how??? I had to take a break after the first two thirds as I genuinely was getting a headache from the constant over explaining, hero plot armours, set peices every 5 minutes and zero of it actually catered to you know... The spy thriller?

Are the majority of consumers absolute idiots these days or am I expecting too much from modern entertainment?

2/10 for me, they should have left well alone on this one.

I thought it was just ok. Some of the scenes went on too long, hence the 3hr runtime.
Not the worst of the series, but nowhere near the beat. 5/10

Finally getting round to watching this.
Definitely too slow going at the start, as others have mentioned. I don't mind a long movie, but this is needlessly long-winded.
