Has anyone complained to Jet2 before?

Debit card, unfortunately and it was first booked over 18 months ago. Wife sorted as i distances my self from it all after they told me the hotel and did a 5 minute search.

I'm also collecting receipts from everyone. I am also going to try claim back expenses. One of our 87-year-old Italian nonna’s has mobility issues had to spend over €100 renting basic aids from a local company (raised toilet seat, shower bars, etc) because the hotel couldn’t provide them, they confirmed before travel they are unable to provide these accessibility items. I spent a few hours one day, searching shops for a non slip bath mat as the hotel refused to provide this.

Thirdly since coming home my wife has been really ill. Like violently sick. I'm convinced she has picked up some type of bug from the pool. I guess swimming in this, can't be good for you (overflow, around the pool)

If that has been some £600 last minute holiday, ok... maybe.

But a £5k holiday booked 18 months in advance, not acceptable.

Someone, somewhere, has pocketed a whole bunch of cash there.

Well if you don't get anywhere with Resolver at least you can learn the lesson to used a credit card for some protection if Jet2 fail to compensate you at all.
I did also should have stood his ground and not let family force him
He was invited to a wedding where they were all staying together, what a plank of a comment.

I don't think a successful S75 claim is a given in this situation and Jet2 will dispute it.

I'd be shocked if there is not a bunch of legal text buried in the T&C's which you would have agreed to which try to give Jet2 a lot of wiggle room if what you recieve at the hotel is slightly different than pictured. Likewise the wording of the all inclusive is always super vague as to what is and isn't included, it normally just states 3 meals a day and drinks but doesnt elaborate any further despite the selection and quality varing massivly hotel to hotel.

That said I do agree in principle - use a credit card to buy EVERYTHING.
