extremely busy at work so had no time to play with phone , and only just been answering phone calls on it...

never got any google ai emails...where can i try and redeem it ?

Pretty much everything has changed visually.

Open the Google One app, go to settings and select "check for offers'. Think it should also pop up when you open the Gemini app if eligible.

Yeah, I read that this was on the instructions (that I barely skim read) from Reddit where they were talking about Factory Reset Protection requiring the log out before reset. Seems it isn't that important.

Did your factory reset require some sort of authentication. Pin or fingerprint?
 
how do we make notifications from same app appear in one bubble? dont like to have number of insta notifications one under another..those used to be collected in one ...
EDIT on ggoogle AI plan...got info that im eligible but on clicking start trial im not... LOL

I have the same sub.

it's a known problem for those with YouTube premium subs and the new AI 1 year sub. I was waiting for a 'fix' to be done by goigle before I jumped in. Someone did post a few pages back that they managed to get it resolved so not all hope is lost.
 
I think the basic tip is to keep checking it every day for a bit. Largely it seems to be self resolving from what I've seen on here.
I have/had a nest plus add on that I've cancelled, so I might need to wait for that to fully expire before I can apply the offer.
Out of curiosity, is there anyone on here with a nest plus sub that's been able to apply the promo?
 
For the AI offer mines magically became available a couple of days after receiving the phone. Had the 2TB plan active as well as YouTube Premium - no issues with activating when it was available and then was refunded for my 2TB plan essentially fully minus £1 as it has been active for a few days.

If anyone is interested PCS have received my trade in now (delivered 2nd and notified on the 3rd) as I had to send via Royal Mail Special Delivery due to the value. I used them previously with a Pixel 6a for trade and got the full value plus bonus without issue. Sure my 16 Pro should be fine (£741) I believe I'm due.

Has anyone had any trade in issues so far in terms of Google refusing what they sent in? Hoping to not have any issues with my Xiaomi 12T if I decide to trade it in! Sounds like a lot of folks are trading in older pixels!
