Disappointing experience from start to finish and just goes to show - don’t upgrade unless you really think it’s worth it/is worth it!

Just need to find a decent case for the 17 pro as the current otterbox one is ridiculous! I’ve never taken so many accidental selfies/pocket selfies with this crap case/camera side button!

On the plus, I’ve got a physical sim replacement now and finally have signal again - time to get a pac code and move providers!

I went with the Apple techwoven on my pro, really nice, but the feel of it might not be for everyone.
Got the Apple silicone case for my mum, who had my 15pro, and it’s a really nice case as well, so smooth like silk.

I don’t want to be one of the party poopers but I’m glad to hear to say that.
I never expected a big leap from 15PM to 17PM but the kids just finished daycare and started school this September so I’ve come into a lot of disposable income :p
I was all set to pick up a new shiny but I think the new pros are hideous in both design and colour - IMO of course.
I’ll stick with what I have for now.

I’ve always been a pro max fan for as long as I can remember. Purchased the 17 pro max first (took it back and got the air) and now ended up with the 17 pro! For the first time in years I think I can honestly say the pro is a much nicer size if you’re using it religiously, even more so now the spec is the same albeit for screen size/battery size. It’s a lot easier to hold/elegant and I have large man hands!

Was the same last year, no reason to get the PM now.

Only costs ~£100 for a new battery from Apple and I paid for the thing to have a bigger battery so gonna use it all :D

Always done 100% charges on my 13 Pro Max and it never had any issues really.

Charged to 100% on Friday 18:27. Currently Sunday 03:00 and I'm at 38% with 7 hours screen time. Suspect I'll manage to get 2 whole days out of this charge.

I doubt I would ever need to replace a battery in a phone, but is this something that can be done in an Apple Store there and then, while you wait?

I have always capped my 15PM at 80% charge and I'm currently at 93% health after 405 cycles in 2 years - so I'll take that.
I usually end the day around 20% so I have no need to charge all the way to 100%.
That said, I will do it occasionally if I know I'll be on the go for all of that particular day or travelling for example but that doesn't happen too often.

My 17PM 9th - 16th of October trade in with my 15PM

Apple gave me £220 for my wife 14 Plus even though it had a screen crack which I didn’t see until a took it out of the case to give is a physical clean before posting in!

My 13 Pro Max only just dropped from 87% health after ~4 years of constant use, with most days having 7-8 hours screen time, sometimes more (bit of a serial phone user..). Charging it from anywhere <30% to 100% every time. I think a lot of that has me less stressed about charging to full now.

I'd list the cycles but 13 Pro Max was too old for that! :P I'd estimate it must be at least the 1000-1200 region.

My base 17 should be here tomorrow. They added the one bit of value that made it worth it for me, the screen bump in size and pro motion. Swapped form pro to base around the 14 and for my use its great
