Was anything ever communicated about the EA issues on launch day and the promises of the free battlepass etc? I haven't seen anything mentioned since.

Anyone impacted by the EA App issues on launch should have received 24 1hr XP boosters (12 for career, 12 for hardware), they will also get free season 1 battlepass and people who bought the phantom edition will get free season 2 battle pass

Still haven’t seen this drop on Loaded.com yet, which is surprising.

Enjoyed the beta but not enough to throw £60 at it. £45ish, probably.
 
Update on Bullet Damage Registration

We're aware of reports of rare cases where bullets may not register damage correctly when hitting enemies.

Following our investigation, we found this was related to certain weapon attachment combinations. A hotfix has been deployed to address known instances.

We'll continue to monitor performance.

Put in for a refund with a few minutes to spare, just not for me I think. The larger maps are ok, but I'm just not having fun with it, I feel like I'm doing it wrong by using an LMG as everybody else seems to melt me from miles away with even little submachine guns.

I had a glance at the custom server list and it looks like there are dedicated servers to farming bots, just seems a bit pointless really. I'll keep an eye on it and see if things improve, think I've seen enough for the moment having missed the beta.

Personally i found too much to be going on, Way too many explosions, Collapsing buildings and smoke/dust going on which attributes too much to been killed out of nowhere where they can seemingly be able to see you through it all but you cant see them which is sus.

Received my refund for it earlier.
Maybe in 6 months il check back and see if things have improved significantly , Ie actual huge maps come so you don't feel like you're trapped in a box constantly.

I think for me as somebody who hasn't been into the series for quite a while, this feels more like how I remember Call of Duty playing back in the day (Modern Warfare 1/2) rather than what I was hoping to feel (Bad Company 2 / B3), especially on the smaller maps.
 
Just wondering what those of you with a 9070xt are using for graphical settings? I think I run out of VRAM with everything on overkill. 3440x1440
 
Beta was good but this release was typical Ea/ dice **** up..
carn't even kill people close range and at range,,hit reg is fubared....
This is not even close to bf3/bf4/bf1.
