——The Official Battlefield 6 Thread——

I forced rebar on with nv profile inspector for bf6 and netted another 18fps. I can't see any down sides currently.
Rebar says it's already enabled for me???

/edit are you using the latest drivers?

yeah I've noticed it's been really bad today. I'm unloading a whole clip and seeing the hit markers coming up then I just die and he survives lol. It seems quite random.
Not just me then - used to it being quite bad; had so many great opportunities on my first game tonight - got one kill. Starting to make me dislike the game.

Trying to get the spawn beacon unlocked - but gettting the 30 kills while under the influence of the adrenaline shot is a chore.

Is any having problems with all your squad not joking the game, had it after the 1st game together. As the squad leader I join into the game and the rest of squad is just loading ?

Played a few rounds and gave up, something doesnt sit right for me. Felt like too many players on every map and it was just chaos.
Have you never played a BF game before? This is literally the formula, big player counts, absolutely mental stuff going on all around you. It's what makes Battlefield Battlefield!

For me personally, it feels like a return to form for EA. I'm loving it despite the chaos, although I do wish the destruction was a little bit more brutal. Buildings still stand in terms of parts of their foundation left. It's so much better when there's nothing left!

Been using the single player mode no crashes yet, not sure whats going on with that, had a crash with no error on mp earlier and been rock solid the rest of the night

i think im drunk

single player been rock solid tonight go drink :P
To be fair, Multiplayer has been pretty solid for me tonight. Beer is the only reason I had to call it quits for the night. That and the 12hr shift I endured today. My effectiveness was dwindling very quickly... Even had a couple decent rounds despite complete dog ***** teams. I've decided that the SMG's are truly OP. I've no reason to play other weapons at the moment as I'm an engineer main and no real interest in playing anything other than closed weapon all out warfare, SMG's and to some extent Carbines are the main weapons I use.

my main complaints:

  • playing breakthrough and getting defence 5 games in a row
  • getting killed from 4 hits in 1 second (laggy)
  • not enough bigger maps
  • game crashes if i try to change keybindings during a round

otherwise its goooood

We just need bigger maps. I think that will help.
I do agree with that statement. The huge maps of old would certainly be welcome. Something like another Wake Island remake, or Karkand, Oman from the older series, and Atacama Desert or Port Valdez from Bad Company 2 would be amazing! It would be one of the best ways to get some of the old Battlefield players back in again.

I'm impressed with the level of communication and how they seem to be responding to feedback (XP/ progression changes and walking back the CQ ticket reductions).

I am finding the game quite mentally draining though; I could play BC2, BF3/4 for hours on end but feel like I need a break after a few rounds of this.

Did they break the progression system? I'm unlocking lots of stuff after get getting just 1 or 2 kills with a new gun

as soon as im getting hit i prone it works gives me a few seconds to zero in on where the fire is coming from and half the time im already behind cover just by proning :P
This is a great idea :)

Think I’ll buy some USB foot operated buttons, for prone toggle, as my fingers are already maxed out on everything else and my feet are doing nothing.
