Wife's PC uses this, both GPU and CPU are UV & OC and she runs at a capped 144Hz on ultra with ease. Very smooth experience.ok guys just got the game, should i be able to get ultra settings on a 9800x3d and 9070 xt ? will be gaming at 2560 x 1440p res or 3840 x 2160 whichever runs best
Just reviving for the sake of reviving isn't necessarily the best tactical play. Also entirely possible to have insane revives and XP from it and also top the board for kills :s
Instant revive with the defib causes the person to come back with half health though. So it's not like there's no disadvantage. If you charge the defibs first, then it takes longer but they're then back at full health. So I guess it allows for some more tactical play where you can get someone back up but they're weaker, but they're still in the fight. Not to mention the defib paddles obviously need a cool down period. I've seen vids with 5 or 6 people shot down and all back up and fighting again seconds later by a single "medic". This isn't their first time with defib paddles in a game and in the past they all launched like this and got changed down the line, so why (yet again) launch a game where you can quite literally skip from person to person and revive with no cooldown or recharge period? Its like they learn absolutely nothing from previous games and develop selective amnesia regarding things like this, despite having had to do the same change in virtually every other BF game that had defib paddles..
Not even half health, the quick insta-defibs means you come back with a fraction of HP. I love seeing an enemy medic spam revive without charging as it just means I get a bunch of free kills with just a few bullets (once I'm done fighting the insane bloom).Instant revive with the defib causes the person to come back with half health though. Fair enough, hard to tell form the video clips, but in the past this was an issue with deaths not counting for much when multiple people could be insta revived at full or close to full health after barely hitting the floor. Cant even recall health levels after a revive for something like 2042 or bfv.Instant revive with the defib causes the person to come back with half health though. What's with all the smoke? Is this a COD thing?
I'm trying to aim at people and half the time some **** throws smoke Infront of me, i whatch them do it, they are being shot at from a direction, they throw smoke at their feet and then run in to the smoke cloud instant dying when they exit the other side, i see it over and over again what are they doing?????
I've learnt to use a shotgun to solve this issueim running ultra at native 2560x1440p on a 7800x3d and a 7800xtWife's PC uses this, both GPU and CPU are UV & OC and she runs at a capped 144Hz on ultra with ease. Very smooth experience.

all ultra now and a lot more stable, i was playing it off and on all day today and not a single crash in mp as soon as i tried single player, crash
I agree. Me and the lads I play with, was all raging about how bad it was tonight..That was one of the worst nights so far, hitreg and being killed around corners was horrendous
Oh well try again tomorrow!
This has always been a thing in Battlefield, we used to whine about back on BF2 and nothing has changed in 20 years. It's not COD players, it's just people skipping revives.
This has surely got to be up there with one of the more mental things said in this thread. What's with all the smoke? Is this a COD thing?

I hate the number of players who'll smoke their own team rather than the enemy though I guess it is some ways a natural instinct to use smoke that way
They've been fairly good with it since around BF4 where the duration that the medic holds the defibs for directly relates to how much HP the person comes back with. I might be having a hazy memory of it but I think BF3 was a real nightmare to start with where a tap defib was 100% HP until they patched it.Fair enough, hard to tell form the video clips, but in the past this was an issue with deaths not counting for much when multiple people could be insta revived at full or close to full health after barely hitting the floor.
