Having now played the game for a good few hundred hours, I have to say that I am really disappointed. The game is little better than BL3, and in fact has many of the problems BL3 has, and yet seems to offer little other than a rather poorly executed open world. The Halloween effort was the final straw Another "waiting around doing nothing" event with incredibly poor drop rates. No thanks, I've stopped playing now, even though I bought the expansion packs I will probably never even download.

A good few hundred hours? but your disappointed ? Im not trying to be funny but that comes across a bit odd.

I played 155 hours and really enjoyed it and just moved onto other games.
I would say its infinitely better than BL3 but thats all subjective ofcourse.

Any tips on best weapons/grenades/tactics for fighting vile enemies? Just started encountering them and they're a biblical PITA.

Wombo Combo legendary assault rifle is great against them as are most explosives, the waterfall and firepot legendary grenades also.

Managed to find both a Lucian's Flank and Wombo Combo and, combined with Harlowe's Neutron Capture, both are absolutely melting viles now

Got a strange problem with Origo.

We've done Origo as part of the storyline in our co-op group, so I should be able to go back and respawn him, like I can with Inceptus.

However, when I get to the platform just before him, there's no Moxxi machine and, if I jump up to the platform, it's empty.

Seems to be bugged and no idea how I can fix it.

EDIT: Ahhhhhhh

Turns out we hadn't actually completed the original Origo vault mission. We'd defeated Origo but not claimed the orb thing and the glide pack upgrade. Until you do, the mission isn't complete and can't be replayed.

I do hope they improve the inventory system in an upcoming patch. For instance, it doesn't seem like too much of an ask for it to remember and retain how you prefer it to be sorted.

Seems someone else noticed this, as they have fixed it now.

I've just hit a bug though. Half way through a mission, the next step is 'kill all order'. But one of the Order grunts has spawned behind the impenetrable shield which will only be dropped when I've killed them all...

Ha! Got around the bug by enticing the enemy close to the shield, then hitting my side of it with everything explosive I had. Did just enough damage to kill it.
