Only played it once on conquest quite enjoyed it apart from that new armoured truck seems a bit OP. I had a game as support just following the assault waves keepin them all healed and ressed up had a blast. Havent tried the BR doesnt really appeal to me but i dont mind having the option.

Glad to see the battle pass wasnt too in your face, but i really wish the menu would let you have a list of favourites as trying to find conquest can be a pain sometimes
 
Blackwell Fields is absolute dog ****. Way to much armour and they dont move, you can just sit safe and spam directly into other points. Hopefully they decrease the amount of spawns.
 
Anyone else's CPU running hot on Blackwell Fields?

I had no issues with any other maps before the new update :rolleyes:

Initially I was getting a Direct X Error but ONLY when attempting to Customise Weapons Mid Game & Between Matchmaking being active.

Loading the Game and customising my Loadouts was fine.

I made sure that my Bios was up to date, GPU Drivers up to date, Verified Game Files etc yet the issue continued.

But I un-installed and re-installed and I don’t get this issue anymore, assuming you have already done this but if not worth a try… it worked for me. (I am on Steam, if that makes any difference..)

It was this Error..

I was more meaning the basic premise of all the BR's over the years

Nothing different from the original PUBG BR etc - Circle closes in, respawn team mates, etc etc - You'd think after 10/12 years EA would be able to find something different to do in a BR.

EA/DICE really struggle to make good maps!

Try blackwell fields in breakthrough... urghh
 
Looks like most of the effort went into the BR map - there are some decent POI's on there from the video's I've watched (haven't played it and doubt I will, really cba).
 
Disappointed in the BR mode. They had an opportunity to do something different, maybe somewhere between CoD and PUBG and instead they've really carbon-copied Warzone - even down to the same silly "equip armor" rubbish to put plates in your kit.
 
I didn't think the new oil level was that bad to be honest.

I think people are just taking a dislike to BF6 for the sake of it.

It's a game after all. Is it fun?

Imo yes.

It's much better than 2042.

I played a couple of Battle Royal games with some friends and don’t think I’ll be jumping back in.

Just couldn’t get into it at all.

Maybe I’m getting old. My gaming past was Team death matches and team objective based games. I just don’t see the fuss with Battle Royal game modes.

You just drop in, wander around for a bit looking for a weapon, then wonder around for even longer looking for a bit of action, only to get killed.

Maybe I just like the game modes where you basically jump into the action straight away.
 
Really don't think the Battle Royale will be for me, but its a shame as the map looks really good - imagine they poured a lot of time into it!

Enjoying BF6 overall though, even if I'm not as good as I once was apparently :D
