Mental isn't it, despite inflation and their annual price rise to customers, you often end up paying less when negotiating a new contract.
Yup makes no sense, shows they don't need to up the prices really.

My plan once my contract expires will be to move onto someone selling OR for one day and then move back to Virgin as a new customer if they won't give me a good deal. Got quite a while to go until then though!Yup makes no sense, shows they don't need to up the prices really.
Are people calling a certain number to get the deals? i only have a few days left on my 30 day notice and still no phone call, usually in the past they called me within a week but this time nothing
Not sure, but i havent changed anything in the last few years, and always had the phone call in the pastAre you opted in to marketing updates? I thought that was a prerequisite for them to be able to reach out.

Is that on BIDB? IIRC the red dots represent known addresses with VM services.Does anyone know what Virgin Media is doing in areas like this, even though it doesn’t appear in Nexfibre’s rollout plan?

Ah, yes you're right. It could be replacing coax with fibre? Not sure if they do that outside of Netnomia.Yes, it’s bidb. The white dots represent known addresses with VM. The red dots indicate planning applications.

Project Mustang is their DOCSIS to XGS-PON conversion project. It could be happening under that. That’s what I’m wondering. It just seems so odd to see such a high concentration of planned work going on at the same time.
Yep - confirmed fibre pulling, cabinet and chamber deployments
Just got a text this morning, saying they have been trying to contact me about my disconnection, with an offer that opens up a £19 broadband deal and up to £100 credit. and to give them a call to discuss it. Cant see it being the same service i am on now for that price, will call them later and see what they say. Currently on 500mb, boosted to 1gig with volt.
£19 was for 125mb or £100 credit but not for £19 offer when I asked
I can currently get Vodafone 500mb working out £23.13 monthly throughout the 24 months with £120 credit
I let Virgin disconnect, currently on 5G I might go back to fixed maybe black Friday deals pop up
