Had my first ever crash - not sure if its related to the update or just bad luck.

Actually had quite good hit rej - still getting killed around corners though. Hard to tell if this is to do with the patch, game is just so inconsistant - probably be firing blanks again next round.
 
Played a few rounds tonight to try out the new patch... Gotta say that the hit reg feels no different to me, still getting iffy deaths and killed well behind corners. Kinda losing interest now because it seems they have no idea how to fix anything, they just break more stuff with each patch.

Couldn't agree more,
  • Snow map is meh
  • Update seems to have caused animation transition issues on loading.
  • Whatever update they did to make it easier to see people has done the opposite.
  • And there's still an inconsistency between TTK/Hitreg and you seeing who killed you and where, Still seems like you're dying around corners, That or there's More cheaters doing some nonsense.
Either way something still feels way off.

I wish they would have given us a new LARGE conquest map that has snow, and is SNOWING...instead we get a COD map with some snow on the ground and constantly getting stuck on objects.

Just when they couldn’t make the game anymore blinding than looking directly at the sun. They give us a close-quarters bright white snow map to make us feel like we’re playing inside an exploding supernova. I feel like I got a tan playing tonight on my OLED TV :o

During the first day of the Battlefield 6 launch nobody could join a server if using the EA app, while using Steam could

that is true but... It did get me a free battlepass and 24 xp tokens and I only missed a few hours unlike bf3 urghhhh

only fools like me who paid for the premium version where effected , ea play and standard users got play day one

should check how many hours in I am now but getting my monies worth and happy still its a nice 1-2 hours a night game and has replaced chivalry 2

To pinch a quote from Independence Day "That's not entirely true" I bought standard edition and EA had to refund me on launch day as they could not get it to work, ended up buying through Steam and getting a refund
 
laggiest its ever been for me since the update

also menu bug is annoyingngignigning

also too many challenges! its busy work instead of just playing the objectives etc
redbull + daily+ weekly + assignments + winter + season pass + blah blah blah

would be ok if just in the background while you play but its all time limited etc etc fomo etc bah

also snow map versions would have been fun but HATE the freezing gimmick horrid, it punishes being slow / methodical and rewards runny spam
