Honestly, in most instances I'd be more on the fence but I've yet to see a RE game using the current engine that hasn't been really solid perf/quality wise.
They've also kinda nailed the past few games, I wasn't a huge fan of The Village but that's in context of the other games in the franchise and it's certainly not bad. RE4R was a bloody masterpiece as remakes go, and 9 is Racoon city with Leon so there's another huge draw.

Tbh i have played a lot of their titles day 1, never had an issue. So not a problem

To my knowledge RE games are not known for being buggy. This is not a Bethesda game you know

Looking at the RTX trailer and that creepy thing descending from the ceiling, my impression is that it’ll be a mix of RE4 and RE7, which is basically my dream so fingers crossed!!

It looks incredible.
It gives me RE 2 vibes with Mr X chases around the house and even the outdoor sections too.

I'm sure when I checked Loaded the other day it was £50+
It's £39.99 now so I also pre-ordered.
The last disappointing RE game was the RE3 remake, and even then it wasn't awful. I completed it 3 times or something to get the S Rank on Inferno difficulty achievement.
