The I-Pace will meet all of those if you get the right spec model. Some post covid ones do lack a few features but I think they were all back in the last models coming off the production run.
I had an HSE I-Pace, good car and loved it.
My apologies but my “must haves” list above is being facetious and showing all the things we try to convince ourselves we couldn’t live without in a car.
One of the most liberating and recent experiences I have ever had as a driver is having to drive around in a 12 year old iX20 with nothing but the basics. It forced me to become less reliant on technology to do the driving for me. I found out for example that my neck can and does rotate over my shoulder to check blind spots. That halogen lights can and do actually light up dark country roads more than adequately. That my reflexes are still better than a computer at deciding when it is inappropriate to have my high beams on (even matrix lights). That I should be aware of and observe my surroundings before reversing, rather than relying on sensors, 360 views and reverse cameras to tell me “yer gettin a bit close to that obstacle”.

No “tech” but then ironically still has the apple CarPlay.
